The X-Bridge (エックスブリッジ) was a first stage obstacle that premiered in SASUKE 24, replacing the Curtain Slider. It was very similar to the Cross Bridge used before Nagano Makoto's kanzenseiha, but the X-Bridge had six small blades rather than four large ones. As the day progressed, competitors began to clear the obstacle by taking two leaps straight down the middle and it only eliminated two competitors in its appearence. After one tournament, it was removed in favor of the Rolling Maruta's return.
Ninja Warrior called the X-Bridge the "Bridge of Blades," which was also their fabricated name for the aforementioned Cross Bridge.
