ANW6 Swinging Frames

American Ninja Warrior 6's Swinging Frames in Dallas

The Swinging Frames is an obstacle, firstly introduced as the eighth obstacle on American Ninja Warrior 6 during Dallas finals.

Competitors must across three tilting frames with their hands to the landing platform. Competitors must build enough momentum to make a transition from one frame to the other, as the frames tilt when they put their weight on the frames.

The three frames are arranged in a straight line, with the first two frames is positioned parallel to the competitor, while the last frame (the third frame) is positioned perpendicular to the competitor.
