Kubota Rena (久保田 玲奈) or shortened as RENA (レーナ) is an MMA fighter from Osaka who has completed on SASUKE and KUNOICHI multiple times. She is not to be confused with Rena from the Vanilla Beans.
KUNOICHI[]
RENA debut in KUNOICHI 2009, she was eventually defeated by Buranchō in the First Stage, in digest performance.
RENA and Akai Saki is the only two competitors returned in KUNOICHI 2017 Spring from the previous tournament, at this point RENA received very high number #47, but she was one of many to failed Fish Bone in the RED Stage.
She then came back in KUNOICHI 2017 Summer received low number #11, but failed the third obstacle of RED Stage once again, this time being the Shaking Bridge, when she fell off the side of the platform, she hasn't completed in KUNOICHI 2018.
SASUKE[]
RENA first appearance in SASUKE was SASUKE 28, where her run was cut, but it is known she failed the Rolling Escargot.
She returned for SASUKE 29, and survived the modified Log Grip, but later failed at the Jump Hang Kai.
Her final appearance to date was in SASUKE 30, where her run was cut again, but it is known she failed the Log Grip, an obstacle she had beaten the previous tournament.
