Morita Junpei (森田 純平) is a former high school triple-jump star. In SASUKE 3, he was issued #69 and became the youngest competitor to clear Stage One at 18 years old (his record was broken by 16 year old Suzuka Ryūgo the following tournament). He nearly cleared Stage Two as well; he progressed through all three walls of the Wall Lifting obstacle, but time expired before he could cross the finish line.
He returned in SASUKE 4, this time wearing #65. He again cleared Stage One, but was completely cut from the broadcast and went out somewhere in Stage Two.
Junpei is one of many competitors to have at least competed twice on SASUKE without ever failing the first stage.
