Luvelle Mendoza was a 22 year old saleswoman who competed on American Ninja Warrior, cheered on by her boyfriend and baby son. She was also known for being very small, being only 4'10 and 85lb.
Her run came to quick close when she tried to one-foot the Quintuple Steps, but lost her footing on the wet felt of the fourth. She tried to grab the top of the step to hold on, but could not reach and slid into the water.
