The Long Jump (ロングジャンプ) is a First Stage obstacle that was introduced in SASUKE 29. Competitors has a runway (25 meters in length) to gain speed, in order to clear a 4.5m jump (3.3m jump for female competitors and competitors over 50 years old). To soften the impact, the landing platform is made of sand.
In its debut, it took out several competitors, notably Sato Hiromichi, and even injured Nagano Makoto, causing him to time out on the Ni Ren Soritatsu Kabe. It was replaced by the Rolling Hill in SASUKE 31.

SASUKE Vietnam's Long Jump
Nhảy Xa (SASUKE Vietnam's official name for the Long Jump) appeared as the first obstacle in Stage 1 (1A and 1B) on SASUKE Vietnam. On SASUKE Vietnam 2, the obstacle was replaced by Godantobi (Nhảy Bước 4).
