Kobayashi Hirotsugu (小林 博嗣) is an action actor (similar to Kane Kosugi) who has only competed once, even though he has tried to qualify several times through the SASUKE Trials. His only known appearance was in SASUKE 19 where he failed the Jumping Spider. His run was all cut but his result was known through a recent interview with Mori Wataru.
