He first competed in Denver as the second competitor broadcasted in the qualifying round. He cleared the first two obstacles, but then went out on the Spinning Log.
American Ninja Warrior 11[]
After a five year hiatus, Josiah returned in American Ninja Warrior 11. He competed in Tacoma, where his run was shown during Akbar Gbaja-Biamila's moments at the end of the broadcast. It was shown that he came in a viking costume at the start line. He made an entrance throwing his hammer off the course, but later had an awkward dismount on the Lunatic Ledges, bouncing him back into the pool.
