Jonas Duncan is a trampoline park employee and recent high school graduate who first competed on American Ninja Warrior 10 at the age of 20.
Even during grade school, Duncan has revealed that he has trained countlessly with many ANW veterans. He most notably revealed in his submission video that he has trained with Brandon Mears whilst still in high school.

Jonas competed in Indianapolis, where his qualifying run was cut, but he failed the Spin Hopper. Luckily, he placed 19th at the end of the night and advanced to the city finals.
In the city finals, he had group of long-haired ninjas (Daniel Gil, Jake Murray, and Rigel Henry) supporting him. He was making good progress on the course, but he made a fatal mistake on the dismount of the Wheel Flip, ending his season early. He placed 27th at the end of the night, and he missed out qualifying for the National Finals.

- On his submission video, he revealed that his birthday was on the same day the very first season of American Ninja Warrior premiered, which was December 12. This implies that his date of birth is December 12, 1997.
