The Galleon (ガリオン) was the first obstacle in the Second Adventure Stage in the three regular VIKING competitions. The obstacle consisted of carrying a yoke with weights hanging at the ends of the yoke on the competitor's shoulders while crossing a Y-shaped bridge 30cm wide to the other side where they have to place the weights in place to continue. In VIKING 1, the weights weighed 35kg. In VIKING 2 and 3, the weights were lowered to 25kg. Dropping the pole at any time prior to completing the obstacle resulted in a disqualification, as evident by TERU failing in VIKING 1. Later, a revamped version of this obstacle (named Shoulder Walk) was used as the sixth obstacle in SASUKE 18's Second Stage, replacing Wall Lifting.
