The Fast Kats (formerly known as Karsten's Fast Kats) are a team on American Ninja Warrior's team ninja competition franchise. Team members have included captain Karsten Williams, Kevin Klein, Joy Strickland, and Lauren Keen.
Team Ninja Warrior 2[]
The team first appeared in Team Ninja Warrior 2 dubbed as Karten's Fast Kats, consisting of Karsten Williams as the captain and his teammates were Kevin Klein and Joy Strickland. They first went up against Team Alpha in Round 1 of Episode 5:
- Kevin Klein fell on the Ring of Fire and lost the first race to Dillon Gates,
- Joy Strickland also lost the second race to Kacy Catanzaro,
- But Karsten won the anchor run against Brent Steffensen which forced a sudden death race,
- In this round, Karsten went up against Dillon Gates and won against him.
The team then ran as the top Bracket in Round 2, going up against Alan Connealy's Flowmingo:
- Kevin Klein won the first race against JB Douglas,
- Joy won the second race against Luci Romberg who fell on the Swing Jump,
- Karsten then closed out the anchor run by winning against Alan Connealy.
Going up against the Storm Team in the relay showdown, Karsten's Team got off to a strong start, but even though Allyssa Beird fell on the Swing Jump resulting in a 10-second penalty, the Storm Team was able to make up the 10 seconds and Josh Levin surpassed Karsten on the Invisible Ladder and hit the buzzer first, therefore, Karsten and his Fast Kats were eliminated.

Season 2, Episode 10- Karsten Williams dominates Alan Connealy - Team Ninja Warrior
Karsten's Fast Kats competed again in Episode 9 as a wildcard. They went up against Lab Rats:
- Kevin Klein won the first race against Arnold Hernandez,
- In the second race, Joy fell on the Floating Tiles and lost to Michelle Warnky,
- But Karsten won the anchor run against Brian Wilczewski, netting himself his fourth individual win.
They competed against the Towers Of Power in the Knockout Round:
- Kevin fell on the Swinging Spikes and lost the first race to Dan Polizzi,
- In the second race Joy and Selena Laniel both fell on the Swinging Spikes but Joy won the race as she was the first to reach the obstacle,
- Karsten then closed out the match by winning the anchor run against Brandon Mears.
But in the Relay showdown against the NorCal Ninjas, Joy fell on the Ring of Fire, landing a 10-second penalty for Karsten and then Kevin fell on the Dueling Salmon Ladder, therefore the team was eliminated from the competition once again.

American Ninja Warrior: Ninja Vs. Ninja[]
The team returned for the spin-off, American Ninja Warrior: Ninja vs. Ninja now dubbed as The Fast Kats. Lauren Keen replaced Joy Strickland from the previous season. The Fast Kats first competed in Episode 3 where they went up against the All-American Ninjas in Round 1:
- Kevin Klein won the first race against Paul Hamm,
- Lauren Keen fell on the Flying Monkey Bars and lost to April Steiner Bennett, and
- Karsten fell on the Tilting Ladders and lost the third race to Jonathan Horton.
- In the relay race, Karsten fell on the Flying Monkey Bars, therefore the team lost and they were eliminated from the competition.
