Seki Yoshiya (関吉屋) is a member of Shinsengumi Rien along with fellow veterans Sakakibara Tetsuji, Mori Kohei and Kunisada Hiroya.
He debuted in SASUKE 24, and he mis-hit the trampoline on the Jumping Spider, and slipped into the water.
He returned for the Kanzen Renewal of SASUKE 25, and drew #30 from the lottery. He stumbled on the Dome Steps, and Rolling Maruta. He made a similar mistake on the trampoline as he did in SASUKE 24, and he failed the Jump Hang.
