Inoue Hidekazu (井上 英和) is a Maritime Self-Defense Force Member who first competed in SASUKE 28 where his run was all cut.
In his second attempt in SASUKE 29, he cleared the First Stage. However in the Second Stage, he lost his grip at the start line and fell into the water.
