American Ninja Warrior 8[]
Cook first competed in Atlanta in American Ninja Warrior 8 where she fell on the Spin Cycle in Qualifying. She competed in Las Vegas as a wildcard but failed the Giant Log Grip in Stage One.
American Ninja Warrior 10[]
After taking American Ninja Warrior 9 off, she returned in American Ninja Warrior 10 in Miami. Her qualifying run was cut, but it was revealed that she failed the Ring Turn and didn't make the women's top 5.
Other Appearances[]
Erica also competed on Team Ninja Warrior as a member of the Real Life Beasts. Even though she fell on the Dancing Stones in the first two of her races, she successfully scaled the Warped Wall and hit the buzzer during her third race.
Erica also competed on the Real Life Beasts team in the second season of Team Ninja Warrior. But during the finals, she injured her knee and had to be replaced.
She did return to compete on James McGrath's Beasts from the East team in American Ninja Warrior: Ninja vs. Ninja. Her Team Ninja Warrior Record is 5-5.
