American Ninja Warrior[]
American Ninja Warrior 5[]
In American Ninja Warrior 5, he competed in Baltimore and completed the Baltimore qualifying rounds, but he failed the Salmon Ladder in the city finals and did not qualify for Vegas.
American Ninja Warrior 6[]
In American Ninja Warrior 6, Dan competed in St. Louis and had completed the qualifying stage and move on to the finals. In the finals, Dan failed the Rumbling Dice but he ended up placing 14th and was able to move on to Vegas. His run was cut in Vegas, but it was said that he was one of the many to fail the Silk Slider.
American Ninja Warrior 7[]
In American Ninja Warrior 7, he completed qualifying again in Kansas City. However, in the finals, he misplaced a ring on the Ring Toss and fell there, placing 34th overall. He was the only one to fail the Ring Toss when one of the rings was just on the edge of the peg.
American Ninja Warrior 8[]
Polizzi returned in American Ninja Warrior 8 after a devastating exit in the finals course last season. This time, Polizzi was more careful in the finals course and made it all the way to the Circuit Board, which he ended up placing 6th overall. His result was exact opposite with his training partner, Brandon Mears, who failed to advance this time around.
Polizzi was very close to finishing Stage One, but timed out on the Flying Squirrel just before hitting the buzzer. His run was digested, however, the full run was shown on American Ninja Warrior's Facebook page. This also marked his best perforance to date, up until American Ninja Warrior 10.
American Ninja Warrior 9[]
He returned in American Ninja Warrior 9 competing in Kansas City, Missouri. Polizzi had a strong run early on, but he made a mental mistake and dropped the bar on the Bar Hop, making the obstacle nearly impossible to complete. He still attempted to make a long lache, but just barely missed the landing platform and fell in the water, which was the first time he fell in the city qualifiers. He still advanced to the city finals, placing 16th. However, out of the four Windy City Warriors (between him, Brandon Mears, Ethan Swanson, and Tyler Yamauchi) competing, he was the only one not to finish the course entirely.
In the finals, he shockingly failed on the Broken Pipes due to taking bigger steps, along with Brandon Mears and Ethan Swanson. He placed 29th overall in the city finals.
American Ninja Warrior 10[]
Dan returned to compete in Indianapolis in American Ninja Warrior 10. After seeing his partner Brandon Mears failed early in qualifying, Polizzi was digested but finished the qualifying course with the 2nd fastest time of the night. He was very close to completing the Mega Wall, and had one hand on top, but couldn't hang on.
In the city finals his run was digested, but he made it all the way to the Spider Trap before tuckering out, which placed him 4th overall in the Indianapolis finals. This is currently his strongest performance to date in a city finals course. According to people that attended the course live, he failed the Cane Lane, however the obstacle broke. Thus he was given another chance at the course but did not change his shoes and failed the Spider Trap, which likely was a direct result of neglecting to do so.
He was digested on Stage One, but he was the second competitor to clear with less than ten seconds left, with 09.07 remaining. This was his first time advancing to Stage Two.
His run on Stage Two was digested, but it was shown that he failed Deja Vu. Similar to his partner Brandon Mears during ANW 7, the third obstacle on Stage Two proved to be his best performance to date.
American Ninja Warrior 11[]
Dan returned to compete in Cincinnati in American Ninja Warrior 11. His qualifying run was digested but it was shown that he had a close call on the Spin Bridge and then later failed the Sling Shot, similar to his training partner. He still advanced to the city finals by placing 19th overall. On the city finals, he cleared it for the first time along with partner, Brandon Mears, making it the first time the two of them advanced to Vegas together.
On Stage One, his run was digested, but it was shown he got through the Diving Boards, an obstacle his partner, Brandon Mears, had failed, and completed the course altogether with 7.85 seconds left.
On Stage 2, he was the first runner of the night and he failed Snap Back. This tournament tied with last season as his best performance to date.
American Ninja Warrior 12[]
Dan returned to compete on American Ninja Warrior 12, along with Brandon Mears and Sem Garay. In qualifiers, his run was digested. Although his teammates went out early, he cleared with the 6th fastest time.
In the semifinals, Dan gassed out at the ninth obstacle, The Dungeon, but still placed 9th and moved on.
In the finals, Dan shockingly failed the balance obstacle, Diamond Dash, ending his season.
American Ninja Warrior 13[]
Dan competed in the third episode of qualifiers on American Ninja Warrior 13 alongside Brandon Mears. His run was digested, but he was shown to clear the qualifying course, placing 9th overall. The qualifier played similarly to ANW 10, where his partner failed a balance obstacle and did not advance, while he cleared the qualifying course entirely.
In the fourth Semi-Finals episode, Dan's run was also digested but it was shown that he fell on The Dungeon again for the second year in a row and missed out on advancing to the national finals as he placed 17th overall at the end of the night.
American Ninja Warrior 14[]
Dan returned to compete in the fourth episode of qualifiers on American Ninja Warrior 14. His run was cut, but it was revealed that he fell on the fifth obstacle, going out on Final Frontier. Fortunately, his time was so efficient to move on to the semifinals in 22nd place. Dan later competed in the fourth semifinal episode. His run there was digested, but he once again failed on the fifth obstacle, going out on Kaleidoscope and he didn't advance to the national finals for the second season in a row.
