Cara Poalillo Mack is an American Ninja Warrior competitor who is known for creating the "Ninja Babes" podcast, which ran from mid 2017 to January 2022.

American Ninja Warrior 10[]

She first competed in American Ninja Warrior 10 in Philadelphia. Her qualifying run was digested, but it showed that she made it all the way to the Lightning Bolts before falling and placed 4th in the women's top 5 to advance to the city finals.

In the city finals, Cara's run was once again digested and it showed that she fell on the first obstacle, the Archer Steps, after struggling on the rope. She did not move on to Las Vegas.

American Ninja Warrior 11[]

She returned to compete in American Ninja Warrior 11 in Baltimore. Her qualifying run was once again digested, but it was shown that she was one of many competitors who failed the new Dangerous Curves. Her time to the obstacle placed her 5th overall in the women's top 5 and she advance to the city finals for the second year in a row. Sadly in the city finals, she failed the same obstacle and didn't make the womens' top 2.

American Ninja Warrior 13[]

Cara was originally called to compete in Washington D.C. for ANW 12, before the COVID-19 pandemic postponed the season. Likely to make up for the unexpected change, she competed one season later in ANW 13.

Cara competed in the third episode of qualifying, now being married and going under the name "Cara Mack". In qualifying, her run was digested, but she was one of several to go out on the fourth obstacle, Air Surfer. However, she placed 4th in the womens' top 5, and advanced to the semifinals for the third time.

Cara later competed in the second semifinals episode. Her run there was also digested, but it was shown that she had her best performance yet, as she made it to the back half. She was one of many who failed on Padlock. She placed 24th overall, but after Sandy Zimmerman failed on the third obstacle Ring Chaser, Cara placed 3rd among the women and she moved on to the national finals for the first time in her career. She's also the first ever woman to make it up the Warped Wall, let alone qualify for Vegas to be digested in the semifinals.

Cara's run in Vegas was also digested, but it was shown that she failed the Jumping Spider, ending her best season so far.

American Ninja Warrior 14[]

Cara competed in the second episode of qualifying. Her run was digested, but she ended up failing on the fifth obstacle Piston Plunge. She once again advanced to the semifinals by placing 3rd among the women and 24th overall in the top 30. In fact she was one of five women to place within the top 30, making it the first time that she did so.

Cara later competed in the first semifinals episode. Her run was once again digested, but this time around she got revenge on the Air Surfer (which she failed during last year qualifiers) then she needed to clear Kaleidoscope to get a return trip to the national finals, but she failed there as she was trying to build momentum to swing to the last ledge, back-flipping into the water. She placed 5th among the women this time around, and thus she didn't get that return trip to the national finals.
