The Arm Bike (アームバイク) is a Third Stage obstacle, introduced into the Third Stage in SASUKE 4, replacing the Hang Move from the past two SASUKE tournaments. Competitors must use their arms to pedal a bike onto a track (5m in distance), similar to the way a person pedaled a bike with their feet. It was used from SASUKE 4 to SASUKE 8, before being replaced by the Lamp Grasper in SASUKE 9.

The Arm Bike returned in SASUKE 18, as the second obstacle in the Third Stage, and as an immediate successor to the Arm Rings with no platform to rest in between. However, in the next tournament, it was replaced by the Kudari Lamp Grasper (which was a modified version of the Lamp Grasper that also replaced the Arm Bike in SASUKE 9).

Then, the obstacle returned once again in SASUKE 27, where it was placed as the first obstacle in the Third Stage. It was replaced in favor of the Rumbling Dice in the next tournament.
